Nice to meet you! I'm the founder of Lentl.

Originally from Belgium, lentils were not part of our Sunday family meals. Yet, during my student years, a curiosity for more conscious eating started to grow. With cooking, I started to explore different cultures and ingredients. That's how I discovered these humble legumes.

The first dish I made with lentils was a spread, mainly because I craved an alternative to hummus. My friends liked it so much, that it unexpectedly became the star of aperos and BBQ-parties.

Knowing very little about lentils, I started researching them, and I was absolutely shocked to find out that they are superfood. I decided that I wanted to let more people in on enjoying their benefits, and the idea for Lentl was born.

Over the past years, I have started to absolutely fall in love with lentils, and I'm on a mission to make you fall for them too.
